For instance Chad is wavering in support of anti-terror operations in the Sahel, withdrawing it troops from Nigeria border, Canada is pulling some troops from anti-ISIS training in Iraq; French troops in Iraq handed over a post and are leaving, Spanish troops also left as have UK and Czech troops. ISIS is taking advantage, launching more attacks north of Baghdad near Kirkuk, Military academy of most nations have suspended recruitment.

CO-VID19 Update: USA Army Corp of Engineers Creates Alternative Care Facilities

Army Lt. Gen. Todd T. Semonite called it a "very complicated situation" during a Pentagon news conference today.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency gave the Corps of Engineers a mission assignment for planning and site assessments of alternate care facilities in response to the COVID-19 virus.
