POLAC. WEST POINTS CADETS TO VACATE ACADEMY PREMISES AMIDST CO-VID19 PRECAUTIONS

From 21st march 2020, as part of the effort to minimize the spread of CO-VID19 in Nigeria, the POLAC authorities have issued a letter to all Cadets to vacate the Academy premises at Wudil kano.Mean while In USA, Cadets have ordered to leave the premises also.


Nigeria Police Academy Cadets have been mandated to vacate the school premises till further notice.

However, their military counterpart, 
the Nigeria defence academy do not follow suit, but adopted a different precautionary method, stiff measures have been put in place in the Academy as to movement of coming in and going out,Cadets are not allowed to go back home, even as they are due for break, restrictions have been placed on visitors visiting the academy.

Meanwhile at the international scene in USA the US Air Force Academy had also dismissed its cadets and ordered them to vacate the premises till further notice also the West Point Academy  Corps of Cadets will not return to West Point on 29 March as originally planned. Keeping the Corps at home will better ensure the safety of the Corps, staff, faculty, and the West Point community.The letter of notification can be read here.
